Hi there!
I love cooking and baking anything gluten free and I’ve worked really hard for the last few years to develop my first cookbook.
I began my gluten free cooking journey in 2014 when my mum was diagnosed with coeliac disease and myself and brother discovered we had gluten sensitivity along with other auto immune disorders and gut/health issues.
My passion for cooking stems from a rich culture, where cooking and sharing meals with the family brings happiness and everyone together.
There has been a lot of trial and error over the years experimenting so I hope you you can become inspired from one of my recipes and give gluten free a go too!
